Each deliverable in an HVAC SEO package is a unit of work you can check in your report. Here is what the terms in the table mean at PMN, so you can hold us to them.

The right HVAC SEO package depends on three things: how many locations you run, how many separate service areas you need to win, and how competitive the Map Pack is in your strongest area. Use this as a starting point, then let the audit confirm it.
| Your situation | Plan we would usually start with | Why |
|---|---|---|
| One shop, one metro, fewer than about 10 towns served | Local ($1,200) | One profile and one set of service pages to build. Enough pages and posts to cover your core services in year one. |
| One shop, but you serve two or three distinct areas (for example a metro core plus a second county) | Metro ($2,500) | Each area needs its own grid tracking, profile work and supporting pages. Seasonal page sets matter more when you have more ground to cover. |
| One location in a very competitive metro where the top three Map Pack spots are held by firms with years of reviews | Metro ($2,500) | The extra links, pages and fortnightly reporting are what move a crowded Map Pack. |
| Two or more physical locations, each with its own Google Business Profile | Multi-Location ($4,000) | Every location needs its own profile, reviews and pages. Reputation management across locations is included. |
| Franchise network, multi-state group or PE-backed roll-up | Custom quote | Location count, brand rules and reporting needs vary too much for a fixed plan. |

When we would tell you to wait. If you cannot answer the phone quickly, extra calls will go to voicemail and SEO will look like it failed. If peak season is weeks away and your pages are not built, paid search will do more for you this season than SEO. Our HVAC marketing agency page covers that route.
Can you move between plans? Yes. Most owners start on Local or Metro and move up when they open a location or add an area. After the three-month minimum you can also move down.
The HVAC SEO packages cover organic search and AI search visibility only. Anything that involves paying a platform for clicks or leads sits outside them.
Knowing the exclusions up front is the easiest way to compare our plans fairly against another agency's quote.
PMN sells three different things to HVAC companies, and each has its own page and price. Choose by what you want your money to buy in the first 90 days.

| You want | What to buy | Price | Where it lives |
|---|---|---|---|
| Every dollar going into organic, Map Pack and AI search visibility | HVAC SEO package (this page) | $1,200, $2,500, $4,000 a month, or custom | This page |
| SEO and paid ads run by one team from month one, any industry | SEO + ads bundle | Search $1,500 (up to $5K managed spend), Growth $3,000 (up to $10K, Google + Meta), Full Funnel $5,000 (up to $30K); 10% of spend above the cap | Pricing |
| HVAC-specific Google Ads, Local Services Ads and SEO planned together around the season | HVAC marketing service | See page | HVAC marketing agency |
The deciding factor is time. SEO compounds over months and does not charge per click. Paid search starts the day it launches and stops the day you stop paying. If you need calls this month, buy ads. If you can wait 60 to 90 days for Map Pack movement and want cost per lead to fall over time, buy an SEO package. Many HVAC companies end up with both. The cost per booked job by channel is broken down in HVAC PPC vs SEO.
We map where you appear in the Map Pack across your area, where you are missing, and whether AI tools name you. Then we tell you which plan, if any, makes sense.
Judge an HVAC SEO package against what a booked job costs you today from paid channels, not against what other agencies charge. If organic search books more jobs a month than the fee would buy on Google Ads, the package is paying for itself.
Here is the arithmetic with public data:
| Plan | Monthly fee | Paid-search booked jobs the same money buys (at ~$336 each) |
|---|---|---|
| Local | $1,200 | About 3.6 |
| Metro | $2,500 | About 7.4 |
| Multi-Location | $4,000 | About 11.9 |

This is a comparison, not a forecast. It does not include the value of each job, which for a system replacement is far higher than for a tune-up, and it assumes paid-search lead quality similar to organic. It does show the bar an HVAC SEO package has to clear. In our published HVAC case study, inbound calls went from 10 to 12 a month to more than 80 within four months with no ad spend. Results like that are not guaranteed, and they depend on the market, the starting point and how fast the phone gets answered. To run your own numbers, use the SEO ROI calculator.
Every HVAC SEO package has a three-month minimum, then runs month to month. Setup is a one-time $1,000, waived if you commit to six months. There is no 12-month lock-in.
Why three months: the first weeks go into the baseline (technical audit, Map Pack grid scan, call tracking set-up) and foundation fixes. Map Pack movement usually starts in 60 to 90 days in our client work. A shorter term would mean paying for set-up and leaving before the work has had a chance to show.

We work with one HVAC company per service area, so we are never ranking two competing contractors for the same searches.
You can buy HVAC SEO for less than $1,200 a month, and some of those packages are honest. The question is what gets cut.
At low price points the work that moves the Map Pack (new service pages, earned links, a review process, grid tracking) is usually the first thing to go, leaving a ranking report and a few templated posts.
Our position: a package should list its deliverables in units you can count, report booked jobs rather than keyword positions, and let you leave after a short minimum. If a cheaper quote does all three, it may be the better buy. Our guide to affordable HVAC SEO and the red flags in cheap packages shows what to check. For what HVAC SEO costs across the market at every budget level, read how much HVAC SEO costs in 2026.
Compare the fee with your current cost per booked job from Angi, Google Ads or Local Services Ads. If organic search can replace three or four of those jobs a month on the Local plan, the fee is covered. If it cannot in your market, we will tell you on the audit call.
Map Pack movement usually starts in 60 to 90 days in our client work, and competitive metro organic rankings typically take 6 to 9 months. If that is too slow for this season, run paid search now and start SEO in time for the next one.
You can, if someone on your team has the time to publish pages before each season, run review requests after every job, build links and read Map Pack grids. Most owners find that person ends up answering phones in July. A package costs less than a full-time marketing hire and comes with the tools already paid for.
Prices are published, deliverables are counted, reporting is in booked jobs, AI search tracking is built into every plan, and the minimum is three months. You can see the method on the HVAC SEO agency page and the result in the case study.
A single-location US HVAC contractor (anonymised at the client's request) went from 10 to 12 inbound calls a month to consistently more than 80 within four months, with $0 ad spend. Every lead was organic.

| Metric | Before | After 4 months |
|---|---|---|
| Inbound calls per month | 10 to 12 | 80+ |
| Google Business Profile views | Baseline | +320% |
| Ad spend | $0 | $0 |
Measured with call tracking and Google Business Profile insights. The work: the Google Business Profile rebuilt and worked weekly, a peak-season page set and an off-season page set (maintenance plans, heating inspections) each published ahead of its season, and review velocity that moved the profile into the Map Pack. PMN's HVAC SEO packages are $1,200 a month for one location in one metro, $2,500 for one to three service areas, and $4,000 for multi-location contractors. Franchise networks, multi-state groups and PE-backed platforms get a custom quote. All plans are SEO only, with a three-month minimum, then month to month, and a $1,000 setup fee waived on six months.
No. The HVAC SEO packages cover organic search, the Google Business Profile, content, links and AI search tracking only. If you want Google Ads, Local Services Ads or Meta Ads managed as well, the SEO plus ads bundles start at $1,500 a month on our pricing page. Ad spend is always paid directly to the platform.
Yes. Setup is a one-time $1,000, covering the baseline audit, Map Pack grid scan, keyword-to-page map and call tracking set-up. It is waived if you commit to six months.
Most single-location contractors start on Local at $1,200 a month. Choose Metro at $2,500 if you serve two or three distinct areas, or if the Map Pack in your main area is held by competitors with years of reviews and links. The free audit shows which applies to you.
In PMN's client work, Map Pack movement usually starts within 60 to 90 days once the Google Business Profile, core service pages and review process are fixed. Competitive metro organic rankings typically take 6 to 9 months. Pages need to be live before each season, so starting in early spring sets up a stronger summer than starting in June.
Yes. After the three-month minimum, every plan runs month to month. Your Google Business Profile, the pages and posts we published, and your reviews stay with your business when you leave.
Yes, on a custom quote. Franchise networks, multi-state groups and PE-backed HVAC platforms have brand rules, location counts and reporting needs that a fixed plan does not fit, so pricing follows a discovery call.
