Offer-led video delivered 1,260+ enquiries at ₹191 to ₹262 each. Showcase and walkthrough video delivered 990+ at ₹261 to ₹519. The offer-led cut gave more enquiries at a lower cost.

Meta Ads Manager and client CRM, Aug 2023 to Sep 2026, lead-generation spend ₹19.12 lakh. Elegante Interiors, Bengaluru.
Meta Ads management is the ongoing running of a Facebook and Instagram ad account: strategy, creative, audiences, bidding, tracking and weekly optimisation, reported against cost per enquiry and revenue. Paradigm Media Networks makes creative production the core of the retainer, because on Meta the creative does most of the targeting. Plans start at $1,500 a month.
Meta Ads management is one service inside our performance marketing agency offer, alongside Google Ads management and SEO.
Meta Ads work best for businesses that sell a considered purchase and can follow up fast. They are the wrong first channel when buyers are already searching for you.
The platform is rarely the problem. The account is. Across interiors, aesthetics, events, education and home services, the same four leaks show up in almost every audit.

Conversions fire on page views or double-count on thank-you reloads, so the algorithm optimises toward noise. We rebuild tracking with the Conversions API before new spend goes in.
Meta wears out a creative in two to four weeks. Elegante needed 133 creatives across 56 campaigns to hold ₹332 per enquiry.
Ten ad sets at ₹300 a day never leave the learning phase. We consolidate, let Advantage+ do what it is good at, and put the saved hours into creative.
A page that converts at 1% makes a strong ad look like a failure. We own the post-click experience, built with our creative strategy and production team.
Five platform changes now decide how a Meta account should be built. Each row gives the change, its source, and what we do about it.
| Change | What it means | What we do |
|---|---|---|
| Retrieval picks ads before ranking | Meta's Andromeda system narrows tens of millions of candidate ads to a few thousand before ranking, and was built to handle a large volume of creatives (Meta Engineering, Dec 2024). Our reading: genuinely different ads give the system more distinct candidates to match to people. | New creatives every month across hooks, angles, UGC, offer-led video and regional-language cuts. Losers are paused on day 5. |
| Detailed targeting exclusions are gone | Meta began removing interest and behaviour exclusions from new ad sets on 29 July 2024 (Meta's notice, reported by Jon Loomer). Custom audience exclusions still work. | Exclusions are built from your own data, such as customer lists and recent leads. |
| View-through reporting shrank | Since 12 January 2026, Meta's Ads Insights API no longer returns 7-day or 28-day view-through attribution (Meta for Developers). Reports that relied on those windows show fewer conversions. | Results are reported against cost per enquiry and revenue from your CRM, not only against Meta's attributed numbers. |
| The learning phase needs volume | Meta's guidance is to structure ad sets to reach at least 50 optimisation events over 7 days (Meta). Ad sets that fall short tend to cost more per result. | Fewer, consolidated ad sets instead of many small ones, with Advantage+ doing what it is good at. |
| Signal quality decides delivery | Meta optimises toward the conversions it receives. Browser-only tracking misses some of them. | Pixel plus Conversions API, GA4, and offline conversion upload from your CRM. |
Three lessons from the Elegante Interiors account. Every figure comes from the results by creative family further down this page.

Offer-led video delivered 1,260+ enquiries at ₹191 to ₹262 each. Showcase and walkthrough video delivered 990+ at ₹261 to ₹519. The offer-led cut gave more enquiries at a lower cost.
Custom and lookalike audiences on cost caps were the best cost-per-lead family: ₹119 to ₹133 per enquiry across 450+ enquiries.
Three families were killed: static image (24 enquiries at ₹633), festive and seasonal offers (63 at ₹815 to ₹3,424) and niche audience experiments (14 at ₹637). Reviewing results by creative family every month is how budget moves to what works.
Junk leads usually come from forms that are too easy to submit and from optimising for form fills instead of outcomes. Both can be fixed in the account.

Meta's instant forms offer a Higher Intent type, which adds a review screen before the form is submitted (Jon Loomer). Custom questions can qualify budget, location or timeline before a lead reaches your team. Fewer leads come in, but more of them are real.
When your CRM sends stages back to Meta as offline conversions, the algorithm learns from qualified pipeline instead of from every form fill. Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns, with reply times written into the brief, move the first conversation to where buyers already talk.
| Workstream | What you get each month |
|---|---|
| Account architecture | Campaigns structured by funnel stage, budget rules, exclusions, bid caps where they win |
| Creative engine | New creatives every month across hooks, angles, UGC, offer-led video and regional-language cuts; losers paused on day 5 |
| Tracking | Pixel + Conversions API, GA4, offline conversion upload from your CRM |
| Landing pages | One page per offer, tested against the control every 14 days |
| WhatsApp and lead forms | Instant-form and click-to-WhatsApp campaigns with reply times written into the brief |
| Reporting | Weekly cost-per-enquiry and revenue report, monthly creative-family review |
Meta Ads management at Paradigm Media Networks starts at $1,500 a month. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta from your own ad account and is separate from the management fee.

|---|---|---|---|

| Growth | $3,000 | 14 | Google Ads and Meta together |

| Angle family | Format | Enquiries | Cost each | Verdict |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Offer-led video | Video | 1,260+ | ₹191–262 | Scaled |
| Vernacular integrated (Kannada + English) | Video | 1,138 | ₹320–436 | Scaled |
| Showcase & walkthrough video | Video | 990+ | ₹261–519 | Scaled |
| Custom / lookalike, cost-capped | Video | 450+ | ₹119–133 | Best CPL |
| Interest-based creative sets | Video | 390+ | ₹398–574 | Scaled |
| Luxury ₹15L+ positioning | Video | 150+ | ₹549–694 | Segment-specific |
| WhatsApp utility & referral hooks | Image + video | 600+ conversations | ₹13.80–149 | Best cost |
| Carousel project galleries | Carousel | 57 | ₹372 | Held |
| Static image, all targeting | Image | 24 | ₹633 | Killed |
| Festive & seasonal offers | Mixed | 63 | ₹815–3,424 | Killed |
| Niche audience experiments | Video | 14 | ₹637 | Killed |
Offer-led video produced the most low-cost enquiries, cost-capped custom and lookalike audiences produced the lowest cost per enquiry, vernacular integrated creative produced 1,138 enquiries on its own, and showcase walkthroughs held the middle. The lesson that transfers to any account: every creative family has to earn its budget against cost per enquiry.
A high-ticket interior design firm in Bengaluru, run on Meta as a full-funnel system for more than three years.

Meta reviews every ad against its Advertising Standards, and some industries carry extra rules. These are the ones that most often affect service businesses.
Ads about housing, employment, financial products and services, or social issues, elections and politics must be declared as a Special Ad Category, which narrows the targeting options. Since 14 January 2025, financial products and services has been its own required category for ads shown to US audiences, replacing the older credit category (Meta for Developers). Planning creative and audiences around these limits before launch avoids rejected ads.
Meta does not allow ads that assert or imply personal attributes, including physical or mental health, so copy such as "Struggling with acne?" fails review. Meta's advice is to focus on the product's benefits instead (Meta Advertising Standards). Clinic ads therefore lead with the treatment and the practitioner, not the reader's body.
Every instant form links to the advertiser's privacy policy. For UK audiences, advertising pixels are non-essential cookies, so under the UK's PECR rules they need opt-in consent before they fire (Lewis Silkin on ICO guidance). Ask only for the details your sales team actually uses.
An ad that promises a price, offer or result the landing page does not show loses trust and risks review problems. Every claim in an ad should appear on the page it links to, and testimonials should be real.
Rules change often. The current versions are in Meta's Advertising Standards.
Search captures demand that already exists; Meta creates demand. Which one leads depends on how your buyers behave.
| Question | Meta Ads | Google Ads |
|---|---|---|
| Where is the buyer? | Not searching yet. You create the demand. | Already searching. You capture the demand. |
| Strongest for | Visual, considered and high-ticket purchases | Urgent and high-intent services |
| What wins | Creative volume and a clear offer | Keywords, bids, tracking and the landing page |
| Main formats | Video, carousel, instant forms, click-to-WhatsApp | Search, Local Services Ads, Performance Max, YouTube |
| Measured by | Cost per qualified enquiry and revenue from the CRM | Cost per booked job or pipeline |
Paradigm Media Networks is a full-stack growth agency, not a siloed vendor: Meta, Google Ads, SEO and GEO run as one system and report in one dashboard. For most high-ticket services we run both ad platforms. See how we run Google Ads management, or compare channel costs in our HVAC cost-per-lead benchmarks.
audit, tracking rebuild, creative brief.
12 launch creatives live in a consolidated structure.
first pause-and-scale decisions, landing page variant B.
cost-per-enquiry report against your own baseline, and a 90-day creative calendar agreed.
The account structure stays the same across industries. The creative, the offer and the policy limits change.

High-ticket, slow-decision purchases are won by the account that stays in front of a household for weeks without boring it. Offer-led video and regional-language creative carried the Elegante account, with WhatsApp as the reply channel because that is where homeowners already talk. See the Elegante figures above.
Bookings depend on trust before price, so the creative leads with practitioners, results and reviews, and the landing page answers the three questions people ask before booking. Treatment-level campaigns keep cost per booking visible for each service. See the AM Aesthetics case study.
Meta does not catch an emergency call, but it fills the calendar for tune-ups, replacements and seasonal offers before demand peaks, and it retargets every homeowner who visited the site. Read our HVAC social media and Facebook ads guide, then pair it with the HVAC SEO hub for the search side.
For SaaS, Meta is a retargeting and category-education channel, not a demo machine. We feed it CRM stages so it learns from qualified pipeline, not student sign-ups. The full programme is on our SaaS page.
Plans start at $1,500 a month on the Search plan, which manages up to $5,000 a month in Meta spend. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta from your own account. See pricing.
Enough for each ad set to reach about 50 optimisation events, such as leads, over 7 days, which is the level Meta's own guidance aims for. Multiply 50 by your expected cost per lead to get a weekly floor per ad set. The free audit works out the number for your market.
There is no single number, because it depends on your industry, ticket size and market. Our reference point is the Elegante Interiors account: a blended ₹332 per qualified enquiry across 37 months and ₹19.12 lakh of lead-generation spend. We set your target from your own baseline in the first 30 days.
Meta Ads is the umbrella term. Facebook and Instagram ads are bought in the same Meta Ads Manager account, and click-to-WhatsApp ads start from those placements, so we manage them together as one account and one budget.
No. You keep ownership of the account, the pixel and the data. We work as a partner on your Business Manager.
Tracking and the first creatives go live within 14 days. On most accounts cost per enquiry settles by around day 45, once enough creatives have been tested.
Search captures demand that already exists; Meta creates demand. For high-ticket services we usually run both. See our Google Ads service.
Yes, inside Meta's rules. Housing, employment and financial products run as declared Special Ad Categories with narrower targeting, and clinic ads avoid any claim about the reader's health. Planning for those limits before launch avoids rejected ads.
Often the reporting changed, not the performance. Since 12 January 2026, Meta's reporting API no longer returns 7-day or 28-day view-through conversions, so reports built on those windows show fewer results. Comparing Meta's numbers with enquiries and revenue in your CRM shows the real trend.
Yes. Meta is one engine of our performance marketing service, reported against revenue alongside paid search and SEO.
